About some questions connected with revenues to service and substitution of vacant positions in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations)

1. Approve:

1) Rules of forming and work with departmental databank of candidates for operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of placement in directory systems of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring of data on vacant executive positions in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) and requirements imposed to candidates for their substitution according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department of personnel work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
