About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 No. 1045 "About federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5423).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 10 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

"12. Reference of object of the state control (supervision) to one of categories of risk is performed on the basis of comparison of its characteristics to criteria of risk according to appendix.

If object of the state control (supervision) is not referred by regulatory (supervising) authority to certain category of risk, it is considered referred to category of low risk.

The regulatory (supervising) authority within 5 working days from the date of receipt of data on compliance of object of the state control (supervision) to criteria of risk of other category of risk or shall make the decision on change of category of risk of the specified object of control on change of criteria of risk.
