In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 No. 285 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of production incentive of electrical energy from nonconventional and renewable energy resources, and also on objects of small-scale power generation the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the electrical energy made in the Republic of Belarus by the legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo (further - GPO "Belenergo"), and individual entrepreneurs and released to the power supplying organizations being part of this consolidation is acquired by them on rates for electrical energy for the industrial and equated to them consumers with the attached capacity to 750 kv* established and indexed on change in the exchange rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar according to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 1998 No. 66 "About price indexation and rates for energy resources and debts on payments for them", using coefficients:
1.1. from nonconventional and renewable energy resources, biogas:
the first ten years from the date of commissioning - 1,3;
