Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for forming of the authorized capital of the joint-stock company which is carrying out tasks and functions of national air carrier which is applied.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for forming of the authorized capital of the joint-stock company which is carrying out tasks and functions of national air carrier

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Forming of the Authorized Capital of Joint-stock Company Which Performs Tasks and Functions of National Air Carrier" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is the Ministry of Infrastructure.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated for forming of the authorized capital of Ukrainian National Airlines joint-stock company (further - society) according to the law.

4. The budgetary funds received by society according to Item 3 presents of the Procedure are used for ensuring its authorized activities, namely on:

implementation of the actions connected with accomplishment of the tasks and functions determined by the charter of society;

acquisition of the tangible and intangible non-current assets necessary for accomplishment of authorized tasks of society, inclusive with acquisition of rights of corporate laws (shares) of the operators performing operation of civil aircrafts;
