About approval of the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of physical persons on requests of the State bureau of investigations

According to Item 8 parts one of Article 12, part three of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State bureau of investigations", the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine we ORDER to information on the income of physical persons:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of physical persons on requests of the State bureau of investigations which is applied.

2. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Director of the State bureau of investigations.
