According to Articles 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of determination of the list of information on release of deposit certificates of bank and procedure for its message by Central Securities Depository to the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the List of information on release of deposit certificates of bank (state registration of release of deposit certificates bank/increase in number of deposit certificates of bank in release/cancellation of deposit certificates to bank/cancellation of registration of release of deposit certificates of bank) (further - the List of information) which is applied.

2. The Central Securities Depository shall notify the National Bank of Ukraine relatively:

1) registration of release of deposit certificates of bank;

2) increases in number of deposit certificates of bank in release;

3) cancellations of deposit certificates of bank;

4) cancellations of registration of release of deposit certificates of bank.

3. The Central Securities Depository no later than the next working day from the moment of carrying out the transactions provided in Item 2 of this resolution (further - transactions on depository activity concerning deposit certificates of bank), notifies the National Bank of Ukraine with observance of the following requirements:

1) is drawn up by the cover letter which is signed by the qualified digital signature of authorized persons of Central Securities Depository;

2) is drawn up by the electronic file in the XML format which is signed by the qualified digital signature of authorized persons of Central Securities Depository;
