THE ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ON FINANCIAL MONITORING

About approval of Rules of establishment of standards of works (algorithm, rules and requirements to results of activities of the employee on the specific site of work) in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations)

According to Item 8 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" and Item 8 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment of standards of works (algorithm, rules and requirements to results of activities of the employee on the specific site of work) in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 729 "About approval of Rules of establishment of standards of works (algorithm, rules and requirements to results of activities of the employee on the specific site of work) in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12778);

2) Item 13 of the List of some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of February 19, 2019 No. 121 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18339).

3. To provide to department of personnel work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring in the procedure established by the legislation:
