About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2021 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning development of land relations" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Accept in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan from utility property in republican property public institutions and transfer them to the jurisdiction of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Rename the public institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Create republican public institutions – territorial subdivisions of the Management committee land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the approved limit of the number of staff according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. Determine the republican public institutions specified in Items 2 and 3 of this resolution, legal successors of the rights and obligations of authorized bodies of local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital performing functions of the state control of use and protection of lands.

5. Determine that financing of republican public institutions is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies of areas acceptance of necessary actions for realization of Item 1 of this resolution;

2) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
