About approval of Rules of hotel servicing in the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of hotel servicing in the Republic of Belarus.

2. To republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take necessary measures for its realization.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Rules of hotel servicing in the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules establish the minimum requirements imposed to hotel servicing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and govern the relations between the contractor and the consumer.

2. For the purposes of these rules the following main terms are used:

hotel - the property complex (complex of buildings and constructions, the building or part of the building with the equipment and other property) meeting the established requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, in which hotel servicing is performed;

hotel servicing - the services rendered by the contractor in provision of numbers (places in numbers) for temporary residence of physical persons, and also additional services (further - services);
