According to Article 6, to Item 10 parts one, to Item 12 parts five, parts six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", in pursuance of Item 8 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of June 30, 2021 І X "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of mechanisms of removal of banks from the market and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of these banks" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED No. 1588-:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
