1. Bring in the Procedure for import, delivery and target use of medicines, medical products and supportive applications to them which are exempted from the taxation by the value added tax, No. 1153 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, Art. 164; 2020, No. 34, the Art. 1137), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its publication.

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The list of persons authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care which conduct procurement in the corresponding budget year is published by the Ministry of Health on the website.".

2. Items 3 - 5 to state in the following edition:

"3. Importers of medicines, medical products and supportive applications to them (further - importers) represent to the Ministry of Health or to person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care no later than within 10 working days about day of import to customs area of Ukraine such documents:
