Some questions of the central executive bodies in the field of culture

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 5, of paragraphs of the thirteenth - the sixteenth, twenty third and twenty fourth subitem 6 of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with entry into force of Item 16 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 1423-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management system and deregulation in the field of land relations".

1. In appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 No. 1399 "About establishment of limit of the cars servicing executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 7, Art. 246; 2014, No. 28, Art. 793; 2019, No. 98, of the Art. 3281) to exclude the following line items: "State inspection of cultural heritage 1 Public service of protection of cultural heritage 1".
