Rules of rendering communication services on data transmission

I. General provisions

1. These rules govern the relations between the subscriber and (or) the user of communication services on data transmission (further - the user), on the one hand, and the telecom operator rendering communication services on data transmission (further - the telecom operator), on the other hand, when rendering communication services on data transmission.

2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:
