About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

According to the paragraph to the fourth the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of March 30, 2021 No. 1357-І X "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of single questions of execution of military duty and conducting military accounting", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To provide to the director of the department of finance of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
