About some questions of production by legal entities of wines fruit and about entering of amendment and change into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2005 No. 1233

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. legal entities for implementation of production of wines fruit shall have on the property right, economic maintaining, operational management the special equipment for conversion of fruits and berries;

1.2. the legal entities performing production of wines fruit based on earlier issued special permissions (licenses) after six months from coming into force of this resolution can perform production of wines fruit only in the presence at these legal entities of the special equipment for conversion of fruits and berries and on condition of introduction in case of need in the procedure for corresponding changes and (or) amendments established by the legislation in earlier issued special permissions (licenses).

2. Bring in Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with production alcoholic (except for productions of original alcoholic beverages in the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of reconstruction of completeness of the Belarusian national traditions), non-food alcohol-containing products (except the antiseptic medicines and veterinary means relating to non-food alcohol-containing products), non-food ethyl alcohol and tobacco products, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2005 No. 1233 "About some questions of licensing of the activities connected with production alcoholic (except for productions of original alcoholic beverages in the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of reconstruction of completeness of the Belarusian national traditions), non-food alcohol-containing products (except the antiseptic medicines and veterinary means relating to non-food alcohol-containing products), non-food ethyl alcohol and tobacco products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 176, 5/16727), the following amendment and change:

2.1. in Item 8:

2.1.1. add part one with the paragraph of the following content:

"availability on the property right, economic maintaining, operational management of the special equipment on conversion of fruits and berries (when implementing production of wines fruit)";

2.1.2. in part two "tenth" to replace the word with the word "eleventh".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2, which becomes effective in six months after official publication of this resolution.
