About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 2, of 4, of 5, of 6, 7 Laws of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of the requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine to implementation of some currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determinations of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), the following changes:

The second Item 8 of the Section I of the word "Clients (Residents and Nonresidents)" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "Resident Clients";

2) in the Section IV:

add Item 43 with the new subitem of the following content:
