About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 178 "About approval of the list, forms, terms of the reporting of the organizations performing separate types of banking activities and Rules of their representation"

According to subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1-1 of article 5-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mortgage of real estate" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 178 "About approval of the list, forms, terms of the reporting of the organizations performing separate types of banking activities and Rules of their representation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10117) the following changes and amendments:

state heading in the following edition:

"About approval of the list, forms, terms and Rules of submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities";

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1-1 of article 5-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mortgage of real estate" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";

"1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of the organizations performing separate types of banking activities according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about disaggregation of deposits, the correspondent and current accounts placed in banks of the second level according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about structure of securities portfolio according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) report form about structure of assets and contingent obligations according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) report form about loans, including on which overdue debt on principal debt and (or) the added remuneration in details, according to appendix 5 to this resolution is had;

6) report form about structure of investments into the capital of legal entities according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

7) report form about deposits, the current and correspondent accounts according to appendix 7 to this resolution;

8) report form about the main sources of the attracted money according to appendix 8 to this resolution;

9) report form about transactions with the faces tied with the organization performing separate types of the banking activities, the special relations concluded during the accounting period, and also operating on reporting date according to appendix 9 to this resolution;

10) report form about structure of assets, obligations and the capital, the income and expenses of the legal entity performing activities only through exchange points based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency according to appendix 10 to this resolution;

11) report form of legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values, according to appendix 11 to this resolution;

12) report form about transactions with cash according to appendix 12 to this resolution;

13) Rules of submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities according to appendix 13 to this resolution.

2. The mortgage organizations represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly in electronic format the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 8) and 9) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the tenth working day of the month following month under report.

3. The national operator of mail represents to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic format the reporting provided:

1) the subitem 2) and 7) Item 1 of this resolution - monthly, no later than the twenty fifth following month under report;

2) subitems 3), 4), 6), 8) and 9) Item 1 of this resolution - quarterly, no later than the twenty fifth following reporting quarter;

3) the subitem 12) Item 1 of this resolution - monthly, no later than the thirtieth following month under report.

4. The organizations performing separate types of banking activities, having the license for carrying out the banking activities provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan", except for the National operator of mail represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan quarterly in electronic format the reporting provided by subitems 7) and 9) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the eighteenth following reporting quarter.

4-1. The affiliated organizations of national managing holding in the field of agro-industrial complex represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan monthly in electronic format the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 8) and 9) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the tenth working day of the month following month under report.";

add with Item 4-2 of the following content:

"4-2. The legal entities performing activities only through exchange points based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan quarterly in electronic format the reporting provided by the subitem 10) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the twentieth following reporting quarter.";

add with Item 4-3 of the following content:

"4-3. Legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes, coins and values represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan quarterly in electronic format the reporting provided by the subitem 11) of Item 1 of this resolution no later than the twentieth following reporting quarter.";

add with Item 4-4 of the following content:

"4-4. The additional reports for December (taking into account final turnovers) provided by subitems 2), 3), 4) of 5) and 6) of Item 1 of this resolution are represented by the mortgage organizations, the affiliated organizations of national managing holding in the field of agro-industrial complex (including in case of absence in month under report of final turnovers) no later than January thirty first of the year following complete financial year.

The additional report for the December (taking into account final turnovers) provided by the subitem 2) of Item 1 of this resolution is submitted the National operator of mail (including in case of absence in month under report of final turnovers) no later than January thirty first of the year following complete financial year.

The additional reports for the fourth quarter (taking into account final turnovers) provided by subitems 3), 4) and 6) of Item 1 of this resolution are represented by the National operator of mail (including in case of absence in month under report of final turnovers) no later than January thirty first of the year following complete financial year.";

"5. This resolution does not extend to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakhstan center of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Central Securities Depository" joint-stock company and the organizer of the biddings.";

2. To department of statistics of the financial market (Buranbayeva A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Kasenov A. S.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baymagambetov A. M.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the seventeenth, twenty eighth, twenty ninth and forty seventh Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2022.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation (further - the Explanation) determines single requirements for filling of the form intended for collection of administrative data, "The report on disaggregation of the deposits, correspondent and current accounts placed in banks of the second level" (further - the Form).

2. The form is developed in compliance with subitem 65-2) of part two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Item 1-1 of article 5-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mortgage of real estate".

3. The form is constituted by the mortgage organizations, the affiliated organizations of national managing holding in the field of agro-industrial complex and the National operator of mail monthly.

4. The form is constituted as of the end of the accounting period. Data in shape are filled in in thousands of tenges. The amount less than 500 (five hundred) tenges is rounded to 0 (zero), and the amount equal of 500 (five hundred) tenges and above, is rounded to 1000 (thousand) tenges.
