ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND NATURAL RESOURCES OF UKRAINE

of September 17, 2021 No. 599

About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the Constitution and the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts which are attached.

2. (Victoria Kireeva) to provide to department of allowing licensed activity and prevention of industrial pollution in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformation and digitalization of the Sagittarius Ruslan.
