Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 24, 2020 No. 708 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks in the field of professional activity in the stock market (security market) and activities in system of accumulative provision of pensions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 2020 for No. 1330/35613, the following changes:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks in the field of professional activity in the capital markets and the organized goods markets";

Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks in the field of professional activity in the capital markets and the organized goods markets which is applied.".

2. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks in the field of professional activity in the stock market (security market) and activities in system of accumulative provision of pensions approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 24, 2020 No. 708, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 2020 for No. 1330/35613, the following changes:
