About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1405

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of classification of emergency situations by their levels, No. 368 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 2004 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, Art. 740; 2009, No. 24, Art. 800; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477):

1) in item 4:

state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) which extended or can extend to the territory of other states or extended from the territory of other states;";

state subitem 6 in the following edition:

"6) which is connected with establishment of quarantine in all territory of Ukraine and also on the signs is recognized other cases provided by acts of the legislation as emergency situation of the national level.";

The subitem 1 of Item 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1) which extended or can extend out of limits of object and creates in the separate territory or on other objects threat of life or to health of the population, leads to destruction of buildings, constructions, the equipment and vehicles, violation of production or transport process or causes above-standard, emergency emissions of pollutants and other harmful effects on the surrounding environment, and material and technical resources in amounts which exceed own opportunities of object are necessary for its liquidation;";

3) in Item 11:

to replace paragraphs of the first and second with paragraphs of the following content:
