1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for issue by body of the state energy and gas supervision of the conclusions on use of electrical energy for the purposes of heating.
2. To Department of Energy to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision establishes single procedure for issue of the state energy and gas supervision by body to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the conclusions on use of electrical energy by them (further - the electric power) for the purposes of heating and extends to all consumers of electricity using the electroheating devices which are power supplying the organizations, body of the state energy and gas supervision, the organization and individual entrepreneurs realizing construction projects.
