1. Bring in particular the organizations of delivery of health care in case of threat of spread of the diseases constituting danger to people around approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2020 No. 973 "About features of the organization of delivery of health care in case of threat of spread of the diseases constituting danger to people around" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 28, the Art. 4425), the following changes:
a) to declare paragraph two of Item 10 invalid;
b) add with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Forming by remote method of leaf of disability in electronic form, and also prescription of medicines by remote method are performed according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
