According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 21, 28 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", to Items 3, of the 14th Section II of the Law of Ukraine of September 12, 2019 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of functions on state regulation of the markets of financial services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 79-IX

1. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services according to the list which is attached.

2. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
