About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2014 No. 58

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2014 No. 58 "About approval of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no supervisory authorities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 5, of Art. 509; 2017, No. 49, Art. 7473) following changes:

a) in the name and Item 1 shall be replaced with words the word "supervising" "control (supervising)";

b) in Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no supervisory authorities, approved by the specified resolution:

in the name, paragraph one of Item 1 and the subitem "v" of Item 8 shall be replaced with words the word "supervising" "control (supervising)";

in Item 15 "supervising" shall be replaced with words the word "control (supervising)".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
