About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in effective management of public finances, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2005 No. 226 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name, preamble and Item 1 of the word "under the Government" "under the Ministry of Finance";
2) in Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- in the name, Item 1 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Ministry of Finance";
- in Item 2:
in all text of the word "under the Government" shall be replaced with words "under the Ministry of Finance";
in the paragraph the second "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";

"Determine that thirty percent from the means provided on financing of Fund go to funds of development and material security of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, with pro rata distribution of means according to the number of staff of central offices of the ministries.";
