Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the national social insurance" of December 13, 1997 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, No. 23-24, of Art. 350; 2003, No. 8, Art. 458; 2006, No. 4, Art. 200; 2007, No. 3, Art. 177, No. 7, Art. 694; 2008, No. 10, Art. 821; 2012, No. 4, Art. 274, No. 8, Art. 830; 2013, No. 12, Art. 903) following changes:

1. State Article 10 in the following edition:

"Article 10. Accounting treatment, indexations and payments of means of the pension accruals which are on individual retirement accounts of insured persons

The means of pension accruals which are on individual retirement accounts of insured persons are subject to separate accounting and are not part of budget funds of social insurance.

The insurance organization shall index the means of pension accruals which are on individual retirement accounts of insured persons in proportion to the gained income from their investment once a year.

Payment of means of the pension accruals which are on individual retirement accounts of insured persons is made according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions".".
