The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and carrying out the exchange biddings selling natural gas of own production for requirements satisfaction of subjects of managing which core activity is production of the food products having the essential social importance which is applied.

2. To Department of Energy instantly:

form committee on supervision of the exchange biddings selling natural gas of own production, approve its members and to officially promulgate the address (e-mail address) for departure of requests of consumers for purchase of natural gas of own production according to the Procedure approved by this resolution;

approve and promulgate the list of wholesale buyers who have the right to the admission to the exchange biddings for the purpose of purchase of natural gas of own production.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective till April 30, 2022.
