1. Approve:

1) Regulations on Fonda of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the scheme of management of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved number of staff and financial resources provided by the budget of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
