About approval of Changes in the Instruction on the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About homeland security of Ukraine" and for the purpose of refining of powers of officials of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Public special service of transport on the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of guard duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of October 24, 2016 No. 553, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 14, 2016 for No. 1475/29605, which are applied.

2. To provide to the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
