According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law "About Banks and Banking Activity", for the purpose of enhancement of accounting treatment and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on accounting treatment and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2015 No. 859 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To management of corporate laws and depository activity of the National Bank of Ukraine (Andrey Suprun) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
