About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2002 No. 555 "About approval of the Regulations on provision to citizens of the Republic of Belarus of one-time subsidies for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises":

Subsidies for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises are listed by the local executive and administrative organs, the organizations which made decisions on provision of subsidies into the special accounts "Subsidy" opened by each receiver of subsidy in open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank for accumulation of means of subsidies on it for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises and used in non-cash form by transfer according to the written order of the receiver of subsidy.

Features of functioning of special accounts "Subsidy" are determined in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13.";
