About reference of types of products to agricultural products and to products of primary conversion made from self-produced agricultural raw materials
According to Article 346.2 of part two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that agricultural products (products of crop production rural belong to products of primary conversion made from self-produced agricultural raw materials and forestry, catch of water biological resources, fish and other products from water biological resources which are specified in Item 3 of Article 346.2 of part two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and the livestock production products (including received as a result of cultivation and growing of fishes and other water biological resources) which underwent technological transactions of conversion for preserving its quality and ensuring long-term storage, used in the form of raw materials in the subsequent (industrial) conversion of products or realized without subsequent industrial conversion to consumers.
2. Approve:
The list of types of products carried to agricultural products according to appendix No. 1;
The list of products carried to products of primary conversion made from self-produced agricultural raw materials according to appendix No. 2.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2004 of N449 "About Reference of Products to Products of Primary Conversion Made from Self-produced Agricultural Raw Materials and (or) the Grown-up Fish" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 36, the Art. 3673).
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
