About some questions of establishment of withdrawal from national treatment

According to article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 "About public procurements" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. When implementing public procurements to establish withdrawal from national treatment of goods:

1) furniture and light industry, the goods coming from foreign states, except for which are not made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also acquired based on subitems 31), 32), 33) of Item 3 of article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements";

2) mechanical engineering, coming from foreign states, according to the list, according to appendix to this resolution, except for the goods which are not made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Allow to participation in public procurements the goods made by the physical persons and legal entities which are in the register of domestic manufacturers of goods, works and services.

3. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2020 No. 356 "About establishment of withdrawal from national treatment":

in appendix to the specified resolution:

1, of 2, 3 and 4, to exclude lines, sequence numbers.

4. To provide to the ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within 10 working days from the date of adoption of this resolution submission to authorized body on public procurements of the inventory of furniture and light industry, with indication of codes according to the single nomenclature reference book of goods, works, services.
