About modification of some regulatory legal acts
According to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts which are attached.
2. To department of ecological safety and allowing licensed activity (Lukyanchuk S. I.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vakarash V. M.
