About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 20, 2015 No. 431/447
According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation it is ORDERED:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 20, 2015 No. 431/447 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons which addressed for purpose of housing subsidies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2015 for No. 485/26930, the following changes:
in heading and the text of the word "Public Fiscal Service of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words State Tax Administration in the corresponding cases;
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to Item 50 of the Regulations on procedure for the purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 807),".
