Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2015, No. 44, Art. 1396; 2016, No. 21, Art. 829, No. 38, Art. 1459, No. 65, Art. 2192; 2019, No. 12, Art. 415, No. 84, Art. 2856; 2020, No. 6, Art. 273, No. 73, Art. 2319, No. 92, Art. 2972; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 46, No. 35, the Art. 2073), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1454
1. In the Regulations preamble shall be replaced with words the word of "activities" "activities in peace time and in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation".
2. §14 to add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation cabinet meetings are held according to the scheduled plan approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.".
3. §17 to add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation the draft of the agenda of cabinet meeting approved by the Prime Minister and materials to it can be sent by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers to the subjects specified in paragraph one of this Item in paper form.".
4. §19 after words of "transaction of the Integrated forces" to add Item 3 with words ", ensuring defense capability of the state, action of warlike situation".
5. §24 to add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
