RESOLUTION OF THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration

According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 10, 2021 the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides No. UP-6310 "About Simplification of Customs Procedures and Further Enhancement of Organizational Structure of Bodies of the State Customs Service":

1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2016 No. 01-02/15-07 (рег. No. 2773 of April 6, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 133), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
