1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for representation and consideration of the applications, provision, renewal, suspension of action and cancellation of permissions to implementation of customs broker activities;

Rules of implementation of customs broker activities and procedure for control of its implementation;

the application form about provision of permission to implementation of customs broker activities;

the application form about renewal of permission to implementation of customs broker activities;

the application form about suspension of action of permission to implementation of customs broker activities;

the application form about cancellation of permission to implementation of customs broker activities;

statement form from the register of customs brokers.

2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine in a month from the date of official publication of this order to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order.

3. Determine that the permissions to implementation of customs broker activities provided before entry into force of this order do not require renewal.
