About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2014 No. 191 "About approval of Rules of holding qualification examination" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9479):

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to subitem 23-2) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:";

in the Rules of holding qualification examination approved by the specified order:

2. In the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2018 No. 208 "About some questions of application of cash registers" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16508):

in Rules of inclusion (exception) of models of cash registers in (from) state (state) the register (register), approved by the specified order:

In case of refusal in inclusion of model of cash register in the state register the service provider in writing notifies uslugopoluchatel with indication of causes of failure.

In case of lack of data necessary for rendering the state service according to these rules, the worker of the service provider within 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt specifies to uslugopoluchatel what requirements are not conformed by the provided document package and term of its reduction in compliance.
