About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 60 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30

1. In Section 1.4 of the inventory concerning which the prohibition of import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 1 to the specified Decision) is established, to state the table in the following edition:
