Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383, No. 52, Art. 1669; 2021, No. 71, the Art. 4497) and of March 10, 2017 No. 142 "Some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, of Art. 686; 2018, No. 29, Art. 1021; 2019, No. 97, Art. 3202; 2021, No. 44, the Art. 2712) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 and of March 10, 2017 No. 142

In Item 1-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 to add No. 777 after words of "the chairman of the board of Dnieper Combined Heat and Power Plant joint-stock company, the chairman of executive body" with the words "and members of the supervisory board", and to exclude the words "if in such bank the supervisory board which meets the requirements determined in the Law of Ukraine " about management of objects of state-owned property " is created and the committee on appointments is formed".
