Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270 "About approval of Rules of rendering services of mail service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, Art. 750; 2020, No. 5, the Art. 247) and of August 1, 2013 No. 588 "About approval of Approximate regulations of the center of provision of administrative services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 66, Art. 2396; 2021, No. 13, the Art. 4121) changes which are applied.

1. In Rules of rendering the services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270:
Item 18 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"In cases, stipulated by the legislation, the result of provision of the state service (including the decision on refusal in allowance of the application of the subject of the address) can be directed by mail the registered mail marked "Administrative service" with the notification on its delivery (through SMS notifications or notifications which are supported by means of the Internet).";
Item 75 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Services of mail service for the registered mail marked "Administrative service" are paid with subject of the address to time of the order or when obtaining in postal department or for the address determined by the subject of the address according to the procedure, determined by the national operator of mail service.";
