1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration and submission of claims by taxpayers and their consideration by monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 916, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2015 for No. 1617/28062, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I., Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
