About additional measures for further development of system of public transport of the city of Tashkent

For the purpose of complex development of system of public transport of the city of Tashkent, rendering high-quality and safe transport services to passengers, improvement of transport infrastructure, updating of railway vehicles by modern buses with all conveniences, safety of traffic and creation of the favorable circle for pedestrians:

1. Determine the priority directions of development of system of public transport of the city of Tashkent:

complex development of system of public transport with integration of all its types, increase in level of use of the population of public transport twice at least;

development of infrastructure of public transport, expansion of network of the subway, the organization of modern transport hubs, and also bus-stops on the basis of standard projects, re-planning of intersections and streets for the organization of priority public transport service;

financial improvement of the companies of the sphere and increase twice shares of private sector by enhancement of system of financing of carriers and tariff policy;

development bicycle and other not motorized modes of transport, including the organization of pedestrians and cyclists of paths, bicycle rental and special parking, convenient for movement, for them;

implementation of intellectual traffic control systems of vehicles ("the smart intersection", "the smart bus" and "smart stop") and safety of traffic by means of wide use of digital technologies and innovative approaches;

updating of railway vehicles of public transport by modern, environmentally friendly buses, including electrobuss.

2. Approve developed by the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of construction and khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent the Concept of development of system of public transport of the city of Tashkent till 2025 and "Road map" on its realization according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2*.
