1. In paragraphs second and third Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 16, 1992 No. 332 "About enhancement of cash cover of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 2004 No. 180 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 7, of the Art. 399), the words "military commissariat" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the territorial center of completing and social support" in the corresponding case.
2. In the paragraph the second Item 1 and Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 28, 1993 No. 379 "About the certificate on right to use by privileges of members of families of the military personnel who died (died) or were missing during passing of military service" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, of the Art. 220) of the word "military commissariat" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "the territorial center of completing and social support" in the corresponding case and number.
