About realization of pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of implementation of articles 9 and 14 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Begin realization of pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - pilot project), on July 1, 2022 and to complete on June 30, 2025.
Determine that the realization of pilot project is enabled according to the procedure according to appendix.
2. Approve the enclosed inventory, imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which traceability within pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability is performed.
3. The Eurasian economic commission together with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union:
provide realization from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023 of pilot project on the existing data transmission channels in the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union;
provide realization of pilot project from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 and functioning on permanent basis (from the date determined by Eurasian intergovernmental council after completion of pilot project) the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, with use of the protected data transmission network in the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 2, 2016 to No. 50 (chipboard) "About the cryptographic standards used for protection of data transmission channels in the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union";
