For the purpose of realization of provisions of part 2 of article 8 of the Federal Law of July 22, 2005 N116-FZ "About Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 30, Art. 3127; 2006, N 23, 2383) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve the enclosed procedure for attraction by governing bodies of special economic zones of joint-stock company which hundred percent of shares belong to the Russian Federation, or managing company for accomplishment of functions on creation at the expense of means of the federal budget, budget of the subject of the Russian Federation, the local budget of the real estate objects located in borders of the special economic zone and in the territory adjoining to it and to management of this and earlier created objects.

2. Determine that:

- joint-stock company which 100 percent of shares belong to the Russian Federation for the purpose of this order is N211 created according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2006 "About transformation of the federal state company "Vneshstroyimport foreign trade organization in Special economic zones open joint stock company (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 16, the Art. 1749) Special economic zones open joint stock company;
