Determine that the customs authorities specified in appendix N 1, are specialized customs authorities whose compensation is limited to competences to making of customs transactions concerning the goods sent through customs border of the Russian Federation in the international mailings (further - goods).

2. Determine that competences to making of customs transactions concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of this order also customs authorities specified in the appendix N2 have.
