Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2021 No. 852 "About licensing of medical activities (except for the specified activities performed by the medical organizations and other organizations entering private health care system, in the territory of the innovative center "Skolkovo") and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 23, the Art. 4091).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022, except for paragraphs two and the third subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since September 1, 2022, and subitems "n" and "p" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its official publication.

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Concerning the licenses for implementation of medical activities granted about day of entry into force of this resolution, modification of the register of licenses regarding exception of works (services) which are not provided by appendix to the Provision approved by this resolution is performed not later than till September 1, 2022, except for the identical works (services) constituting medical activities, provided by the list approved by this resolution.".
