The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2016 No. 79 "About approval of the list of the state companies of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system at which are acquired made, the goods which are carried out, rendered by them, works, services, and also the list and amounts of the goods, works, services acquired at the state companies of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system making, carrying out, rendering them, and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2014 No. 1423 "About approval of regulations of the minimum life support of the population which is in zone of emergency situation" the following changes and amendments:
to be reworded as follows the list of the state companies of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system at which are acquired made, goods which are carried out, rendered by them, works, services approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
to be reworded as follows the list and amounts of the goods, works, the services acquired at which are making, carrying out, rendering them the state companies of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
